information and rules
All matches will take place on the 26th of every month, but can be fished at any time of the year by participating anglers. Each match will last for one hour, and will start at varying times of the day
Anglers must ensure that they fish under the same name each time so that the league table will automatically update and allocate the correct points. Also names must consist of letters, space and number characters only.
All matches are fished as offline matches, and the download can be obtained on the link below for all the matches for the league. Pegs will be allocated randomly.
Any tactics can be used, but only fish caught using the first rod will be accepted.
After the match is fished, anglers should use the submit facility on the menu to submit there results file for the match.
Each individual match leader will be allocated 15 pts, 2nd=12 pts, 3rd =10 pts, 4th=9 pts, 5th=8pts and so on. Every angler who fishes is always guaranteed 1 point.
This is only a bit of fun, and should be fished fairly and honestly within the rules.

do I fish offline matches ?
Offline matches in Fishing Simulator 2, allow you to fish a match in your own time and at your own pace, you do not need to be connected to the Internet to do this. All you need to do is download and import the matches ( left ), then fish them at your leisure.
To fish an offline match in Fishing Simulator 2, you click the go fishing button as normal but instead of clicking go fishing again, click the offline button. A list of available matches will then be displayed, click on the match you want to fish, and then select the go fishing button from there. You may leave and return to a match upto three times, per match, if you do not want to fish the entire hour in one go.
All your actions will be recorded in a file in the offline folder in the main fishing simulator 2 folder on your computer, after the match has been completed, you will be informed by FS2, and requested to submit your results file using the submit link on the menu to the right of this page.
Never delete your results file before you have completed a match, some people think this means they can start the match over again, but it doesn't work that way, it just corrupts the results file, and corrupt results files will not be accepted.
