Knypersley reservoir is located close to Tunstall in Stoke-on-Trent. The re-creation of the venue for Fishing Simulator is closely stocked, however a few extra species have been added in small numbers.

There are 5 pegs, which are identically stocked with coarse fish. The fishing is best described as "temperamental", some days hoards of bream, perch and roach can be caught, whereas others it may be very quiet. Rainy, dull days tend to fish best.

As well as the masses of small silver fish, expect the odd carp upto 30 lbs !

Knypersley reservoir uses fish behaviour features introduced into FS2 in versions after 2.11f, if earlier versions are used, no fish will be present in the pegs. The latest update version of Fishing Simulator 2 can be downloaded on here. In all cases, the latest version of Fishing Simulator 2 should be used for match fishing and record catch submissions.
